www.fobsummitcountyco.org is run by retired Non-Commissioned Officers. They put us up and fed us for free in a $400K home in Buena Vista, CO. The first day we went on a four hour hike to Ptarmigan Lake. That night I taught on Spiritual Resiliency, using material from A Resilient Life by Gordon Macdonald. The second day we went fishing, kayaking and had a BBQ at Cottonwood Lake (pictured above). That night I taught on relationships, using www.lovethinks.com by John Van Epp. The third day we were given free passes to Mt. Princeton water park. We were definitely spoiled!
